EPSILON supports Research Technology Development (RTD/R&D) via highly qualified researchers engaged in European Commission (e.g., FP4 to FP7, Life+, and eContent) and EU Government RTD projects. A 5+% of the EPSILON annual turnover is re-invested in research conducted in all fields of its expertise. Approximately 80 large RTD projects were conducted in the recent ten years, in the sectors of GIS & InfoSociety, Space/Aerospace & Telecoms, Environment & Engineering, Management & Economics and Mathematical Modelling, have substantially contributed the EPSILON expertise, products and quality of services.
