Elsacom
 EPSILON provides via Elsacom™ a variety of Globalstar voice and data satellite services. Global-star is the world's most widely used satellite phone network, providing voice and data solutions, from virtually anywhere in over 120 countries around the globe. Voice and data services are delivered and supported by a growing range of products and accessories designed to make Globalstar network productive and easy-to-use in almost any situation or environment.
Globalfleet™ is a real-time web based platform for Mobile Assets Monitoring by Elsacom™. Data collected from any analogue or digital sensor, including GPS, is transmitted over the Globalstar satellite network, received by the Elsacom Globalfleet platform™, processed and forwarded to the final customer over internet. The Globalfleet™ platform comprises a GIS (Geographical Information System) to locate the positions of the vehicles on electronic cartography. The Globalfleet™ platform provides the user to locate the vehicles on digital maps, alert the operators about anomalous conditions detected by any type of sensor (digital, analogue, serial) and input alarm, produce report on the historical archived data, plan and schedule the transport work orders, receive the work orders upgrades coming from the MTs, etc.
 
Applications are offered among others for Industrial usage, assets tracking and monitoring, SCADA (supervisory control and assets data acquisition, and environmental monitoring, whist typical application examples can be summarized as following:
- Oil/gas companies can monitor health of drilling equipment, pipelines, and in-the-field storage tanks
- Shipping companies can track all their container with small and inexpensive satellite transmitters
- Utilities can monitor poles, transformers & virtually any type of equipment for outage notification, load balancing, tower health & other vital real-time required reading
- Monitor airport noise and air quality, track ground handling equipment and provide perimeter security
- Agriculture farms may monitor fertilizer & soil moisture level at farms for precision agriculture applications
- Emergency notification and tracking of individuals (hikers, children, emergency personnel, etc.)
