GTSP Corp. (GIS Technologies St. Petersburg Corp.) was established in 1993 as a Joint Venture Corporation between Russian Government Institutes, ESRI GeoInformatik GmbH (DE) and EPSILON International SA (GR); it is registered at the National Register, Chamber of Commerce, Sankt Petersburg, Russian Federation.

The company exclusively specializes in GIS technologies of all type, including high-end s/w production and effective digitization via proprietary technology. The company serves the Russian market whilst holding a leading name in the GIS technologies sector. In addition, GTSP is generating and producing GIS and digital products for its shareholders, the private sector, and it also participates in EU and EC/RTD contracts.
