EPSILON Consulting Ltd is established in 1997 by Mr Evelthon Iacovidis and Epsilon International SA, National Gazette 1997/85908/08.05.1997, Registration No. 3786 Chamber of Commerce, TVA No. Cyprus CY-100859080. It offers either independent consulting services, or services in association with Cypriot and international organizations linked to the implementation of multi-disciplinary engineering and public policy research and complex consulting projects aimed to support regional economies.

The EPSILON Cyprus 20+ professionals provide consulting, training, and research services in the practice areas: Environment (entire spectrum), water (entire spectrum), public policy (environment, labour market, vocational training, education, other), business planning & strategies formulation, market research & marketing strategies, regional economics, and GIS technologies.

Experience includes engineering studies, techno-economic and feasibility studies, environmental management plans, EIA/EIS/SEA impact assessments, integrated water resources assessments, Public policy development (environment, labor market, vocational training and education), business plan development and strategy formulations for environment matters, Market research and marketing plan preparations. The company has an active participation in EU RTD programs, and set-up/operation of EU and other programs in the areas of education and employment, as are the National Resource Centre for Guidance (Euro-guidance), and the European Employment Services (EURES) under the auspices of the Ministry of Labour and Social Insurance (Republic of Cyprus). All engineering services are supported by CAD/CAM and GIS technologies.
